When will my order ship?
Items are now built to order, and you must allow for a build time of up to 30 days before your order ships (in most cases it will be faster).

How much will shipping cost?
To determine the shipping cost for a given order, you must add the products to your cart, and complete the first step of the checkout process.
What shipping methods are available?
FEDEX Ground - to the 48 contiguous United States.
FEDEX Express Saver - 3-Day to the United States.
FEDEX 2nd Day - to the United States.
FEDEX Next Day Air - to the United States.
USPS Priority Mail - to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
FEDEX International Standard- Least expensive, but slowest method to most country's. (susceptible to additional customs fees).
FEDEX International Expedited - Fastest method outside US and Canada. (susceptible to additional customs fees).
What products require special handling?
All paintballs will ship via FEDEX Ground only and will incur an additional handling fee of $10.00.
Do my billing and shipping addresses have to match?
No, you may ship to a different address than that listed as the billing address on your bank account. However, the shipping address must be on file with your bank, as a verified shipping address, in order to guarantee delivery of your order. Shipping to a different address from your billing may delay your order.
How do I track my order?
If you enter a valid email address during checkout, you will receive an automated email, when your order leaves our warehouse, containing a tracking number.

You may also track your order online at any time. Login to your account and click "Order status and tracking" under the "Orders" heading.

If you experience problems tracking your order online, you may contact customer service for tracking/status updates.
Can I pick up my order?
Orders placed online are shipped only. However, you may add items to your shopping cart online, print out your cart, and call us to arrange a Will Call pick-up at our location in Salt Lake City

Returns

Can I return anything?
You can not return Special Ops brand products as they are now made to order. All sales are final!
Can I return unopened and/or unused items?
You can not return Special Ops brand products as they are now made to order. All sales are final!
Can I return opened and/or used items?
Non Special Ops Paintball products purchased from Special Ops Paintball may not be returned without the original packaging or in used condition.

Open or used Special Ops Paintball products may be returned under warranty. See the warranty section for details. Please call 866-396-6006 for a return authorization number. Packages sent in without an RA Number may be refused and returned to sender
Can I return paintball markers?
Some paintball markers may not be returned to Special Ops Paintball. If the marker has been used, all repairs will be handled exclusively by the manufacturer. This includes Smart Parts and Airgun Designs. Part of the cost of these products includes warranty service from these experienced and qualified companies. If you send us your gun and we determine that we cannot accept it, we will contact you and either return it to you or forward it to the manufacturer for repair.
How do I return my product?
If you need to return something to us, you must phone first at 866-396-6006 for your Return Authorization (RA) number. The RA number must be CLEARLY indicated on the package being returned. Returns received without an RA number may be subject to refusal. If we are unable to determine whom the item belongs to, it will be returned to the sender. All RA numbers expire 30 days after being issued. Any orders returned after the 30 days will be returned at our discretion. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
How do I exchange a product?
Special Ops Paintball will only exchange products that have defects caused by manufacturing. Please call us at 866-396-6006 before returning any items so we can issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number.
What if I received the wrong product?
To report an incorrectly shipped order, please call immediately at 866-396-6006. Claims will only be handled if reported within 5 business days of receipt of your package.

The exchange process for incorrect items shipped is as follows, when you return the incorrect item to us, we will set up a new order for the correct item to be shipped on a rush build.

If we have shipped you the incorrect item, we will cover the shipping costs on the reorder for the same shipping method that was originally ordered. For example, if you ordered 3-Day Select shipping on the original order, we will cover the costs of 3-Day Select shipping on your reorder.
We will gladly upgrade your shipping on the reorder to ensure that it makes it to you on a specific date if you are willing to pay the difference in shipping costs between the new shipping method and the original shipping method. If you have opened and used the incorrect item that was shipped to you, we may not be able to accept your return.
What if I received somebody elses order?
In the event that you receive someone else's order, please contact us at 866-396-6006 for a Return Authorization (RA) number to return the items.
What if I received defective products?
Hard goods manufactured by Special Ops Paintball have a limited lifetime warranty against missing or defective parts. Soft goods have a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects.

Used products not manufactured by Special Ops Paintball are not returnable. Most merchandise sold by Special Ops Paintball is warranted by its manufacturer to be free from defects for a limited period of time, usually at least 30 days. If you are unsure if the item you want to purchase is guaranteed against defects, please ask before ordering by calling 866-396-6006. All defective merchandise must be returned to the corresponding manufacturer for repair or replacement. It may be necessary for you to first contact the manufacturer for an RMA before returning defective merchandise. In most cases, the manufacturer will attempt to repair the item first. If the item is unable to be repaired to a "like new" condition, it will be replaced. Most manufacturers will not refund customers for defective merchandise.

If a non Special Ops product item is returned to Special Ops Paintball and is found to have been used or defective it will be immediately returned to you. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Do paintballs come with a warranty?
Special Ops Paintball does not extend a warranty on paintballs. Special Ops Paintball is not responsible for any damage that occurs during the shipment of paintballs. All paintballs are carefully examined upon receipt in our warehouses and again before secure packaging takes place while filling your order. Transit handling and climate conditions can alter the quality of paintballs. Please take temperature changes into consideration when placing orders for paintballs. Be sure to thoroughly inspect all bags of paintballs upon receipt of delivery. If there does appear to be damage to the paintballs you have one of two options:

1. If the boxes appear to be damaged it should be mentioned to the delivery agent and noted upon receipt. If this is the case, please notify the agent and file a claim for the cost of the damaged products and shipping expenses incurred. Contact DHL at 1-800-CALL-DHL. Save all packaging for carrier inspection.

2. Cleaning paintballs is a fairly easy process. You will want to lay the paintballs out on an old towel (preferably white). Remove all of the broken casings and then slowly roll the paintballs with the palm of your hand using a circular motion and very light pressure. Next, transfer the paintballs to another towel and lift the four corners of the towel. As you lift the corners you can gently roll the paintballs back and forth for a few moments. Using the other side of the first towel you should repeat this process and then again on the second side of the second towel. You may need to repeat this process a few more times but this initial process should have them clean and ready to go.

Special Ops automatically collects anonymous information about usage of our websites. When you register with us, you voluntarily provide us with names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, and other demographic information.

Special Ops appreciates your trust and will not share or sell this information with companies not affiliated with ours. Special OpsPaintball.com will only share the information collected with its subsidiaries and affiliates, for the sole purpose of announcing products, sales, and events that we feel may interest you based on the information you have provided.

You may at any time opt-out of receiving further communications via e-mail. When you receive an e-mail from us, there is a link at the bottom of each one that reads, "Click here to change or remove your subscription." Simply click that link and you uncheck yourself from the lists presented to you. Note that you may be added again to our e-mail list if you subsequently participate in other promotions or submit further personal information on our website.

From time to time, we may modify our Privacy Policy. Such modifications will be effective on the date that we post the modified policy on our website.

Cancellations

How do I cancel an order?
Cancellations should be made as soon as possible! Any order that has begun our build process cannot be modified or cancelled.

If your order has not started the build process, there is a good chance you may still cancel your order. You may attempt to cancel an order by either posting on our customer service forum at http://forum.specialopspaintball.com/index.php?showforum=76 or by calling our toll free customer service number. Do NOT email Customer Service to cancel an order, as we will most likely read your email after it is already too late. No orders may be cancelled after the build process has begun.
